Do this before Nov 15

The SuperOkay export checklist.

After November 15 your account is read-only, and on December 1 it is gone. Work through this list while you can still do everything in SuperOkay. Most people finish it in an afternoon.

Stuck on a step? Join the waitlist and tick "help moving". We'll walk you through it, free.

  1. Documents. Open each one and save it as a PDF. Approvals and comments live inside them, so this is your record.
  2. Files and folders. Download everything you or your clients uploaded. Keep the folder names so you can rebuild them.
  3. Client list. Names, emails and which portal each client uses. Copy the portal links too.
  4. Branding. Your logo, colors and fonts, plus the logos you set for each client portal.
  5. Embedded apps. Note the link behind every embedded app (Figma, Google Docs, Loom and so on). These are easy to lose.
  6. Templates and reusable blocks. Copy the text of anything you reuse: briefs, proposals, team bios, case studies.
  7. Custom domain settings. Write down which domain your portal runs on and where its DNS is managed.
Dec 1

Links on a superokay.com address stop working when SuperOkay shuts down. Send clients their new portal link before December 1 so nobody hits a dead page.

If your portal runs on your own domain, you're in luck. Point that domain at your new portal and every bookmark, email link and QR code keeps working. Clients may never notice you moved.

SuperOkay shutdown questions

Is SuperOkay shutting down?

Yes. SuperOkay goes read-only on November 15, 2026 and shuts down completely on December 1, 2026.

What happens to my SuperOkay data after December 1?

Plan as if anything you have not exported will be gone. Download your documents, files and client details before November 15, while you can still work in your account.

What should I export from SuperOkay?

Every document as a PDF, every file and folder, your client list with emails and portal links, your branding (logo, colors, fonts), the links behind your embedded apps, and any templates or reusable blocks you rely on.

What is the best SuperOkay alternative?

It depends on what you used SuperOkay for. If you want the same simple branded client portal plus a CRM, proposals, e-signatures and invoices, Portalastic was built for exactly that, and SuperOkay customers get free help moving. Assembly, SuiteDash, Clinked and Bonsai are also worth a look.

Can I keep my custom portal domain?

Yes. If your clients reach your portal on your own domain, point that domain at your new portal and their bookmarks keep working. We help founding members set this up.

Will my clients have to learn something new?

Very little. Clients get a branded portal on your domain and sign in with a magic link, the same way they did on SuperOkay. Clients are always free.

Is Portalastic made by the SuperOkay team?

No. Portalastic is an independent product from FLCT, built by a long-time SuperOkay customer. It is not affiliated with SuperOkay.
